Canadian Cherries can be enjoyed from late June through until early September, and it is no secret that they are the finest in the world.
- Canadian Cherries are grown in the Okanagan and Kootenay valleys of British Columbia, which are blessed with the ideal climate for growing them: long, cold winters followed by warm, dry summers and chilly evenings. This difference in temperature between day and night lengthens the growing season, allowing the fruit to stay on the tree longer and develop into the enormous, crisp, and delectable fruit that has made us renowned. The Brix (sugar) content of these cherries is among the highest on the planet.
- Canadian Cherries are full of wonderful health benefits too, including powerful antioxidants with anti-inflammatory properties, and melatonin that works wonders for combating stress and aiding natural sleep.
- Our cherries are also an excellent source of vitamin C, high in fiber, low in fat (including saturated fat) and sodium, and completely cholesterol-free.
